Covenant is committed to providing team members flexible work options that promote work-life balance. These options provide team members with increased flexibility while allowing Covenant to maintain a productive work environment.
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Primarily works 100-percent remotely, but may occasionally be required to work in the office based on business needs.
Works from Covenant's office 100 percent of the time, but has flexibility to work compressed weeks.
Offers the ability to flex between 50 percent (which rotates one week in the office and one week remote) or 100-percent remote based on accomplishing pre-set productivity goals.
Flex Office is a blend of office and remote work. This option is primarily in the office but has the ability to work remote 1-2 days per week or 4-10 days per month depending on departments discretion at managing this option.
