In my time being at Cowan, the rates literally increased every year. Which were always out of reach to begin with.

High monthly costs for insurance! A lot was taken out of my paycheck each week. But I will say that Cowan did their best to find the best for their employees for health insurance. Costs were always going to be a little high with the amount of employees and the industry, but I can vouch and they did the best they could there.
