Premium is about average. Deductible is slightly high. Coverage is generally decent

Their health insurance at the time wasn't the best back in 2019, but their 403(b) matching was competitive.

Costly with high out of pocket for family

Employee premiums rise each year essentially eating away any pay raise. Deductibles are high. Out of pocket is high. They’re slow to pay and don’t cover all preventive procedures.

It is offered but I don't think it's worth the price

Health insurance has a cumbersome process for getting prescriptions/amounts not previously covered by the plan approved. Have not used the health plan extensively, so I’m relying on reports from my coworkers about poor coverage for certain treatments.

Great Value for employee, could improve on spouse and family

$2000 deductible per person. $2500 deductible for family, but $4500 out of pocket. I dislike insurance. This is a lot when you are a single parent.
