Ok I've seen better but its a restaurant

Horrible like the medical insurance

There is no dental insurance so there is nothing to rate

The annual maximum could be increased but the current price tag seems reasonable based on the coverage provided.

Typical stuff every one has it. I think it's Cigna so there is a big network and easy to get in so that's good

I did not have it

3 free cleanings and 2 free X-rays per year for each family member. Pays 50% of dental work

It's okay nothing special

None whatsoever. No type of insurance throught this company. I even blacked out from not allowed to eat on a against policy 12 hr shift and they sent me back to work for another 5 hours to close. Stsnding all day not allowed to sit for a second,not allowed to eat or even drink ever in the shift and if you close you are not allowed to get food or drink from the company. Not even water.
