The insurance is horrible. The good insurance is too expensive for the money you make and the less expensive insurance is horrible.

The health insurance for myself, my wife and our two kids is affordable and protects us. Although there is a deductible, Cracker Barrel provides seed money for my Health Savings Account and additionally matches my HSA contributions up to $1500. I can use the HSA to help offset my deductible or as a retirement savings tool.

The higher PAR level you are, the better insurance rate.
