Like most companies today, Crain continually seeks opportunities to provide high-quality and cost-effective health insurance to our employees.
Our employee costs are in line with, and in many cases, better than national averages. According to the 2017 March McLennan Agency Benefits Survey the median deductible (Single/Family) for a High Deductible Health Plan is $1,900/$3,800. Crain's is $1,500/$3,000. Our employee premiums are lower than market as well. The average (Single/Family) employee contributions for an HDHP is $88/$294 versus Crain's $36/$207.
It remains our commitment to provide our team members and their families with benefits that meet their needs at a cost that is in line with the market. And we will always work to find ways to lower costs for our employees without compromising the quality of coverage they need.
