Charitable Gift Matching

The Crowley Cares Foundation, a new non-profit organization designed to match and grow employee charitable contributions. Participation is currently limited to full-time administrative employees in the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Thomas B. Crowley Sr. Memorial Scholarship Program, which provides financial support to students of maritime academies and other select institutions in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Central America.

The Crowley Cares Committee, a group of employees charged with building engagement around the program while managing donation/support requests and volunteer initiatives.

Through the Crowley Cares Program, the company is now able to make more impactful and positive changes where they matter most – in the communities Crowley calls home.
