Cubex provides Vision insurance through United Healthcare for employee who are eligable to enroll.
Cubex also provides a "tiered" premium coverage scale:
Start of Employee's 1st Year- Cubex will cover 50% of Premium for employee and all dependants
Start of Employee's 2nd Year- Cubex will cover 75% of Premium for employee and all dependants
Start of Employee's 3rd Year- Cubex will cover 100% of Premiun for employee and all dependants
