Base Health insurance. Doesn't pay a lot at all.

High deductible health care plan is a disservice to employees. Its better than nothing, but not by much.

Cummins offers HSA (Health Saving Account) - this is what most large companies are going toward now days. It is a good plan if you never or rarely get sick. If you are someone like me who suffers from a chronic illness, you will find that the health coverage leaves more to be desired. BUT - this is not just CMI - this is what most large companies have or are going toward. Is what it is these days.

The overall package is good

Just ok, could be more comprehensive. You only really get it after spending $3000 of deductible...

We had a PPO when I started then they moved to High Deductible plans. Not satisfied with the options.

Very high deductible and they're proud of their HSA contribution but it's the lowest I've had in the four companies I've worked for. No vision, but will be added in the near future.
