Most employees won't see retirement at Cummins Power Generation...because of high double digit attrition rates from voluntary separation typically 8-10% YOY (10-12% in marketing and 15+% in engineering in 2015) and annual layoffs through reductions in force (5-7% in 2014, 15% in 2015, ?? in 2016) the place is a turnstile/revolving door.
