The benefits at Curry barely meet the minimum federal standard for insurance plans. The CEO purposely keeps employee numbers down so she can keep benefits at a minimum. There is no matching retirement funds. There are no "perk" plans like FSA, there is no employee assistance and there is zero work-life balance.
