The retirement plan was basically the 401K Plan. As long as you had a good amount saved every paycheck, your retirement would be good.

I have their 401k and it's alright, I like how it calculates what you should be saving to leave decently after retirement. It also has great tips and explains many things. Their HR department is very helpful and reachable if you have any questions.
