The medical benefits were great

The health insurance provided was through BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama. If I remember right it came out to be about $50 per check for single individual coverage with no dependents (2-week check schedule), however, I'm not sure of that number.

insurance premiums are going up, co-pays are going up, prescription coverage changes were made this year, and the cost for employee MRI's went up

Must have all lab work and imaging done at hospital. Also charging too much for imaging.

Designed for younger population. Not enough coverage for those who need it the most (both child bearing and senior workers).
