It's through fidelity life. They match up to 3k/yr and you're fully invested after 5 years. Pretty neutral.

50% match on 6% with $2,500 max

Worst: vests over five years.

Good employer match 401k plan

The 401k here is top notch! Not only can you set it at 3% and never see it to know the difference but Charlie also matches you! The pay is great so when you still have a hefty check and get your 401k statement and it's already rather large it's quite nice.

They do offer a match up to 2500, so that's nice

DISH only matches half of what employees deposit up to $2500 a year. The amount matched is vested over 5 years.

The worst thing about the 401k is the limited options and vesting schedule. I would've been ok with the vesting schedule if I had more options in terms of how my money is allocated.
