Sick Leave

Only 40 hours per year, but can roll over up to 80 years per year.

After you celebrate your two year anniversary as a technician for DISH, wait until the next January 1st. Then your 5 sick days will kick in. Save them, you'll have to use them to make up the days the drop you from the schedule to make a full week in your check.

You don't earn sick days until after 2 years from January until December, you can roll over one week a year.

Should be more understanding of employees home and work life.

For some reason you don't get sick days till after 3 years of employment. So ther are no sick days.
