They use to only offer one option, now there are two options. One with a deductible and one with a HSA.

High deductible 80/20 plan. Dental covered very little, especially for kids, and the vision covered only eye exams. It was worth it if you are a single person with no family but, the rate increase when adding even one child was ridiculous.

Average health insurance program. There are a couple to choose and being healthy is an incentive to having a lower payment.
