DLR Group prides themselves on being able to have their employees work from home or anywhere for that matter. Everyone is issued a laptop for this purpose and it is rare to see a desktop PC in the office. However, I work from home for the majority of the week and eventually got rubbed out due to this. They felt my lack of presence in an office was non-conducive to their standard workflow despite me completing every task I worked on in a timely manner. So, the truth is DLR Group wants to think they support working from home but, in reality, they do not.
