Health plan is very expensive and rates increase a lot every year. Company says you can telecommute but that is up to your manager. Few let you do so, very little trust in the management team.

They don't offer a company match. It's a 100% all you, and there aren't many mutual funds to choose from as far as diversifying your investments.

It was a decent plan with employer matching and a 2 year vesting period. My plan did well for the year and a half that I worked for DMI.
