I worked over 12 hour plus days. Management was super slow to add new team members. Consistently had an underdeveloped team, lacking skill sets, and contract to hire support was quickly swapped out not giving enough growth time to the development team to create a sustainable work environment. Deadlines and headcount/skills didn’t align. I say all of this because work from home without the luxury of work from home. Commuting to this role would have made completing work cycles very challenging.
