You get 30% off all shoes in the store, and that includes those on clearance. So if something is marked for 50% off you then get 30% off the clearance price. Also, you get 30% off at Value City Furniture.

I'm pretty sure there were a few employees while I was working for DSW that that was their sole reason for employment. The discount was great, 30% off, and that included any already clearanced items. Also, if you were on the markdown team you could find some great deals.
