Good discount on full price and clearance merchandise.

30% off regular price items is a great discount. Worst part is that you can't get your discount off clearance (so if it's at 20% off, you're spending more than if it were regular priced) and associates can't use any of the coupons that customers can use (other than earned rewards), which really doesn't seem fair.

30% is good enough but cant use it with other things like buy one get one 50% off

30% is cool but we can’t use our discount on clearance, just full price or sale, which is a bummer.

Company changed associate discount to 30% off full price merchandise only, used to be on anything.
