Pretty decent, though there is a rule where if your domestic partner/spouse is eligible for benefits elsewhere, they are not eligible at Daikin.

Heath insurance premiums and coverage are great. 401(k) contributions are okay, but with additional retirement benefits the overall package is well above the industry average.

Good benefits for singles at not bad cost, about $230/month almost full covered.

Arguably, you will never find a more fundamental job starting out.
