Best thing: It is compatible with basically every health care provider. I haven't had to pay for a single thing even with the lowest tier of health insurance. Worst: I think I have 5 different insurance providers between medical, dental, vision, HSA, and prescription insurance.

The benefits are pretty much an emergency insurance. If you are healthy you should expect to pay all of your medical costs, plus the cost of the insurance. The benefits only kick in once the deductible has been met.
