Extensive training on each position and standard

The training is fairly good. The selection process is not. It's so sad to see good team members put in the wrong position and then told they didn't make the cut. They will let almost anyone try so it's also a loss of training dollars. They are used as labor savers until they figure out they are being strung along. For the right people the training is good but you get out of it what you put into it.

offered a variety of courses to learn and grow within the company

not a lot of mentorships, you're a # so you survive or you dont, great resources and team to support but you won't have a coach.

Intensive training program lasting mover 3 months. Very engaging and informative but then when you come to work you find out everything they teach you only 25% is practiced in the workplace. Disappointing really.
