Vacation & Paid Time Off

Pto awarded based on years of service.

Excellent vacation package that increases yearly. Dart no longer provides sick leave. If an emergency comes up, you must use an unpaid day with the option to use vacation time or time off which takes time away from the "point system" utilized for any remaining time needed off.

best part being able to use it when you want. worst part limited

It would have been nice to have paid sick days. Received 3 unpaid personal days that could be used as sick time so you didn’t get attendance point.

Most standard holidays are paid days off. 2 weeks vacation upon hiring (first full vacation year).
