Health insurance has good in network coverage and good prescription plans but could have been less expensive. And once switched providers in middle of year so I had to meet high deductible twice in one year which was not very considerate to employees.

Very costly and not much coverage. Also goes from March to March, but your FSA or HSA is on calendar year basis which makes it very hard to manage year to year.
