As I stated previous, the only draw back to the benefit package is T Row Price. They do not offer many of the tools that Fidelity offers

401k through T.RowePrice. T.RowePrice's website is poorly designed, but they offer a decent selection of funds. Company matches 50% up to 6% of salary and company match vests after 3 years. However, matching contributions are only deposited into your 401k twice a year in July and January.
