401K Plan

Great matching plan and plenty of opportunities for catching up if your an old guy like me.

The 401K match is OK, not great. The plan itself is very poorly run, with low returns (4% returns during the booming 2021 market, for example) and lots of hidden fees that cut into the returns even more. You'll have to manage your allocations yourself if you want to actually retire, which may mean hiring a financial adviser.

Match is decent, but could be higher. I would expect at least a 5% match for a company this size

Just isn't as high competitively as some other cyber security focused companies
