Delfi Diagnostics from a physical location perspective is bi-coastal and has a physical office in Baltimore, MD and Palo Alto, CA. We have a Hybrid Policy that offers flexibility for everyone. Lab positions need to be at the physical location and have flexibility too. We want everyone to be safe and feel secure so we only allow vaccinated staff to come into the office. Lab Staff need to be vaccinated. During onboarding, we will ask for documentation of receiving the vaccine. We will follow federal, county, local guidance as it evolves.
