They have a great 401k program. It could be better if they matched more but what they match is enough.

25% matching on 6% of salary.

Match could be higher, but it is what it is. I'll take it.

It has a very good 401K Plan.

Bad, match on 25% of up to 6% of your salary, so basically a 1.5% match maximum. It seems to be well below industry standard. Leadership says this is made up for by the pension plan but that doesn't reach a meaningful amount unless you've been with the firm a long time.
