up to 6% match .25 per dollar

Lowest 401K match in the industry. 25% match up to 6% of salary which is basically 1.5% match. For example, if your base salary is 100K and even if you contribute $18500 (max allowable contribution amount for 2018), the company will only match $1500 which is really very low :(

401k is not that good

3% matching won't cut it really. There are a lot of other places in this industry that do 10-15%.

Only contribute .25 on a dollar

25% contribution match on the first 6% of base salary. Really bad when compared to other employers. They also have a defined contribution pension with vesting after 3 years of service, but it's basically nothing unless you stay with the firm for quite a while.

Deloitte does offer decent 401K pan, the matching percentage is very impressive.

.25 to $1 match up to 6% you make the decision if it is good :)
