401K Plan

OK but not a loot to say. Cheapest company to handle, so no advice and no guidance to expect.

regular 401 plan - nothing special

Matching percentage is not comparable to the industry

Deloitte required that prior employer plan accounts be rolled into the Deloitte plan. Match is 50% - low compared to other Big 4 firms

Standard matching plan, nothing astronomical

Plan is really good and facilities are really good

Deloitte uses Vanguard with several cheap fund types to choose from, but they don't match much: "Matching Contribution of 25% of the first 6% of Eligible Compensation contributed to the Plan as either Before-Tax Contributions or Roth Contributions". That's just $1,125 of a $75k salary.

Good entry level 401k match...could be better

first 6 percent of your first 25% of pay, not really a great one.
