Eye care insurance is not good. 99% employees work with their eye glued to computers 18 hours a day. They should have given the best eye insurance on the planet, but they are providing insurance similar to manufacturing industry. You have to pay for your tests and glasses which is absurd.

They let you choose the insurance

They don't pay for your health insurance outright but have subsidized plans from major health insurance providers for employees.

I selected an HMO plan which Deloitte helped subsidize. The employee portion of the cost were deducted from my biweekly paycheck.

They offer an array of plans, but all are expensive. Hence, they pay only a small portion of the health insurance associates need for the deathly number of hours they're expected to work and the harm caused by such pressure.
