You still have to contribute toward the premium (I have heard of local firms that cover it), but the options and coverage are very good. This includes infertility, mental health, etc. I knew a coworker who had prematurely-born triplets in the NICU for almost a month, and only had to pay $400 or so of what would have been a $100,000 hospital bill.

The health insurance is all right, and it covered what I need for an insurance.

Expensive, but better than the very good state government insurance I had previously.

Worst thing - it starts from the month following. International candidates will suffer in the process and need to take additional coverages from their pocket.
