I really don't know much about the retirement plan since it will be so far until I reach the retirement age. However, I heard its not so bad as when you can retire from Deloitte, you made it to partner then.

Excellent. Pension plan is unique and most other competitors don't have. Eligible for entry level new hires- not just execs. (In Consulting org, at least- can't speak for whole company)
