Best: good company car, no expense for maintenance, and good health insurance package (covering all family members as well).
Worst: variable salary too dependant from ompany's results (instead of personal performances).

Senior consultants are given with car and gas, plus benefits for achievements. You also get paid more when working out of town. Travels are refunded. Insurance is good
