very poor. you get 10k per calendar year if you maintain min B+ grade. Many companies support 50% or above and Deloitte is lagging in this perspective.

Tuition assistance is very generous at Deloitte. I believe it is probably one of a fe firms that really provides a generous enough benefit to invent employees to use it.
