Worst match you can find in software / SaaS companies of this size. Don't let them fool you, its a 2% match of only 4% of your salary.

Deltek's 401K plan was very decent and enabled me to save a lot over time.

Their employer match is unfortunately very low compared to other tech companies. This can be improved! 6% match should be the minimum with 3 years to be vested - this seems very standard at tech companies.

No more than a 2% match since Roper acquired us. It would be 2 stars, but Vanguard is the provider.

"The Deltek 401(k) Plan has a discretionary company contribution. The matching contribution is 50% of the
first $6,000 of employee contributions, up to a maximum annual match of $3,000. Employees are eligible for
the contribution on the date of hire. The match is calculated at the end of each quarter, based on employee
contributions during the quarter. It is paid to those employees who are employed on the last working day of
the quarter, and have made contributions to their 401(k) accounts during the quarter."
