Health Insurance

The health insurance does not seem to work as health insurance should.

It was OK. Partially covered the employee premium and none of the family premium. It got very pricy with family coverage.

Health insurance is expensive everywhere and that's no different at Deltek. There are lots of options -- 4 different plans to choose from, and overall, it's pretty comprehensive, good insurance.

Health insurance is just ok. The plan is decent but there is a fairly high deductible that you have to hit before coverage is offered. There is a more expensive plan that likely will change this, however the cost is much higher. But at least it's cheap.

Best was coverage. no bad parts to the offering

Premiums seem high, but compared to other companies it’s not bad, and you choose how much risk you want to take (more risk for lower cost/less coverage).

Premiums are high, but several options are available for different family types.

Great place to work with decent benefits.

It's changed a couple times after different mergers and acquisitions but other than, it's been very consistently good.
