Performance bonus is tied to EICP. Ask someone outside of the VP level to explain EICP. It is a complex calculation that also factors in customer satisfaction. Most employees receive a bonus, but it is lower than what you would expect. A senior engineer is inline for an 8% bonus. A manager is inline for an 8% bonus.
