Nice to work from home. They do not do a very good job of engaging remote staff. Lot's of perks for at office, but next to nothing if you are remote.

I was lucky to work from home sometimes but my manager was such a micro manager that it was at the point of harassment where he wanted me logged into IM just in case he wanted to contact me so I felt trapped like I couldn't even go to the bathroom or he would be suspicious that I wasn't working.
