At DEMAND, we know how important it is to have time to grieve and be with family during a loss. We offer paid bereavement leave to support our team through these difficult times — 5 days for the loss of a spouse or child, 2 days for a parent, and 1 day for extended family such as uncles, aunts, or in-laws. When more time is needed, employees can work with their manager to request additional flexibility.
