The best thing about the health insurance at Dematic is that it is accepted almost everywhere. The worst thing about the health insurance at Dematic is the spousal mandate that requires working spouse to be on separate insurance which means you have to hit 2 separate deductibles before benefits kick in. At Dematic this year(2022) the deductible is $3,500 and you have to pay out that amount before any benefits kick in. The cost to have this medical insurance is $4,472 per year and it increases every year. This does not include dental or vision which are another $780 per year.
