Poor health, dental and vision coverages. High cost, high deductibles.

Crappy high deductables, co-insurance, etc. Unless I get hit by a bus or something, I will not get through the $3000 (or is it $5000?) deductible.

More expensive that top tier tech companies - but in line with smaller companies. With less than 500 people they can not obtain the scope of offerings available at companies with 5000 or more employees - but there are advantages with flexibility and greater feeling of family.

Bottom of barrel piss poor medical, and dental. Even the most expensive dental plan they have is considered to a bad plan to my dentist, they asked me if it was all the company offered or if I could upgrade... this was the HIGHEST plan they have.
