Glad you see goodness in our training and professional development opportunities. We were excited to move to FTO allowing all employees off the time they need when they need it. While there are some constraints around extended leaves and project or role needs, the program seems to be working well.

Dev Technology Group, Inc. offers a 401(k) Plan with Ascensus / American Funds. Dev matches 100% of the deferrals up to 4% of the employee’s contribution. In addition, there may be a profit sharing contribution. Eligible employees become vested in the Employer match immediately and profit sharing contributions 1/3 each year of 3 years. The amount of the profit sharing contribution does not depend on seniority.
