I was a contractor and was unable to buy into the 401k, from what I understand Devon has a fantastic compensation and benefits package.

Devon adds money to your 401k even if you don't, so that is pretty much like a pension. It would be nice if they matched more, but the total amount they contribute is similar to previous employers

Probably the best or one of the best 8% free over 3% match, so total 14%!!!
