Discount is normally 25% everyday but Dillard's has extra employee discount (40%) once every season.
Double dip and Triple dip discount is the best. Personally everything is over priced so the extra discounts during the holidays is great for gifts.

it was decent, and you could use it on sale items as well as luxury brands, and they had extra discount days.

You have to be approved for a Dillard’s credit card to get the employee discount

25% off everything but electronics. And maybe 4 times a year they do a double discount however they always put weird rules on it. Sometimes women cannot buy clothes from the men's and vice versa. In a day where gender identity is so fluid I find these rules to be a mistake. It's a discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen.
