All discounts are applied after any other discounts, such as clearance or BOGO. If you pay attention to the sales' patterns you can easily get some high quality clothing for Wal-Mart prices.

Aside from having the best Department manager, I would definitely say without a doubt that the Dillard's Employee Discount was very satisfactory. To this day, I still have a large wardrobe of nice name brand clothes at a very affordable price.

I wish it was every other month for the extra discount

It was 25%, which is good, not great, especially considering that it the only benefit.
