When I started looking into their health insurance package I couldn't believe how cheap Dillard's was, not to offer their employees a better package and premiums than what they offered their full-time employees. To this day, if I'm not mistaken, Dillard's only hires part-time employees so they can get away with not providing their full-time associates good health care. Dillard's will hire three part-time associates to fill the shoes of one full-time associate to show opposition to the Obamacare (Healthcare.gov). LOL.. They still have to offer health insurance for their full-time employees that have been employed with them since it went into effect.

It is very expensive, it has poor coverage, and the deductible is too high.

It's a joke. TERRIBLE. One of the most expensive health insurance packages you will encounter.
