It wasn't a dollar for dollar 401k but they at least offered the plan. it was set up to automatically participate and assist you in starting a savings plan.

401(k) provided via Fidelity, which is a pretty good company. No additional annual fees are deducted, other than the mutual fund expenses. However, the mutual fund choices are limited.
